Can I return an auto-ship order?

Auto-ship orders may qualify for a refund if they are returned unopened and unused within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date. Any shipping and duty fees are non refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept returns without a return merchandise authorization or RMA numbers.

To receive your RMA number email us at support@1hourbreak.com. Include your billing name and address. We'll reply with your RMA, return instructions, and return mailing address.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed after we receive your return and the items are inspected. We'll process a refund of the purchase price paid (minus shipping and handling).  We'll credit that to the same card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 30 calendar days for the credit to process on your end.

International Shipments:  Shipping, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.

Important Note

We are unable to accept any packages marked "Refused" or "Returned to Sender."  All Returns must be shipped with new postage and include your RMA. We are unable to provide return shipping labels.
